Great customer service and very inviting environment. It didn't feel like we were being treated just like a "sales" but it was a conversational & informative experience. The floor display looked... fantastic, clean & well designed. You can tell that Eric genuinely loves audio equipment & what he does. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because the shop was extremely difficult to find. Even though we didn't buy anything today since we were just looking, we'll definitely keep Halsten in mind for future purchases.read more

I have to say, every time I have set foot in that place it has been a great experience no matter who is there. I walked in there to experience the KEF Blades a couple years ago and ended up going... back a few months later to buy some KEF R700's which have been fantastic for the last couple years. Great place, definitely recommended. Still want the Blades... Maybe someday.read more
